Spicy Chicken Sandwich

This chicken salad sandwich was absolutely delicious! My mouth is watering just looking at the picture! It's just Kirkland brand chunk chicken with mayonaise. Secret ingredient is homemade pepper sauce. I add just a quarter of a teaspoon and it gave it just enough kick. I used a West Indian bun called a tennis roll. It's slightly sweet. The combination of sweet...salty...and spicy...was amazing!
